Requirements
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a children's residential care setting
* QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People or equivalent
* Experience in leading or supporting a staff team
* Full UK manual driving licence (company car provided during work hours)
* Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
* Willingness to join the management on‑call system
* Proficiency in using electronic care recording systems; experience with systems such as Clearcare is advantageous, but full training will be provided
