Accounts Assistant – Immediate Start
Cullompton | Full-Time | Office-Based | Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 DOE | Weekly Pay
Interaction Recruitment is working with a well-established client in Cullompton who is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid admin skills and some finance experience to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with preparing quotes, proformas, and basic financial documents
* Monitor stock levels and help manage reordering
* Maintain accurate customer and financial records
* Communicate with customers via phone and email
* Schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries
* Support internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Produce regular reports using internal systems and tools
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role (or strong transferable admin skills)
* Good understanding of basic finance processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using spreadsheets and internal databases
* A team player with a positive attitude
