Contract: 22.5 hours per week
Drivers Essential – Full UK Manual Licence required to drive a Mobility Vehicle (Automatic)

We’re looking for exceptional Part-Time Support Workers to join our team in Gosport, supporting a gentleman in his 50s who lives independently in his own home. He enjoys outings in his mobility car and watching Mr Bean—and you’ll play a key role in helping him live life on his terms.
This is a rewarding, person-centred role that includes some lone working and supporting someone who may exhibit behaviours of distress. Your calm, caring approach will help create a safe and positive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Encouraging and supporting his favourite activities and routines
* Providing personal care with dignity and respect
* Assisting with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
* Supporting with medication and health needs
* Driving him to appointments and outings in his mobility vehicle
Shift Patterns Include
* Early shifts (7am–10am)
* Mid shifts
* Sleep-ins
* Alternate weekends
What You’ll Need
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence
* Willingness to drive a Mobility Vehicle (Automatic)
* Compassion, reliability, and a person-centred mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
