We are looking for engaging and inspiring individuals to work as Swimming Teachers and join our industry leading swimming team, delivered at centres across the UK.
Your primary role will be to plan, deliver and review the highest quality, themed, fun and safe learn to swim lessons for children aged 3-11 years, ensuring excellent customer experience and utilizing premium facilities.
You will plan and deliver swimming lessons both in and out of the water, use technology to support and engage customers, and work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience. This includes customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practices and learn from each other.
This role involves weekday evening and weekend hours, with lessons operating from 1.00 - 8.30 pm on weekdays and 8.00 am - 7.00 pm on weekends.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver fun and inspiring lessons to children aged 3-11, from non-swimmers to competent swimmers, using swim! teaching resources.
* Provide exceptional customer care to swimmers and their families.
* Assess swimmers regularly using an online tracking system, and follow our awards process and celebrations for swimmer progress.
* Show customers around the centre, promote memberships, and attend team meetings to share best practices.
* Support venue operations by delivering lifeguard duties and assisting the venue team as required (training provided).
Person Specification:
* Willing to work towards Swimming Teacher Qualifications – fully funded training and qualifications provided (existing qualifications are a bonus).
* Energetic, passionate, and hardworking personality.
