* Risk analysis and value engineering exercises
* Representation in client meetings and presentations
* Handover to construction delivery teams after contract award
* Proven experience in Pre-Construction, Estimating, or Planning within a main contractor
* Demonstrated success in delivering major construction projects
* Expertise in construction methods, contracts, and design development
* Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams during tender stages
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
