Job Description:
Lead Process Manager with end-to-end collections process experience urgently required by a market-leading company based in Nottingham.
This is a permanent role, with 3 days / week required on site offering a basic salary of £60,000 - 68,000 + bonus + excellent benefits package.
You will design and own end-to-end collections & recoveries processes that deliver strong customer outcomes, identifying, assessing, and managing process risks - implementing the right controls and mitigations. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, leading root cause analysis and problem-solving for breakdowns and inefficiencies.
You will be responsible for ensuring collections & recoveries processes are effectively managed and optimised. You’ll lead a team of Process Managers, ensuring operational risk is well controlled, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience, building a strong culture of continuous improvement.
Applicants must have the following:
* Proven experience in process management within a regulated environment
* Deep understanding of Collections and Recoveries operations
* Lean Six Sigma certified, with hands-on experience applying continuous improvement tools
* Strong process design skills, with a focus on customer outcomes and operational efficiency
* Ability to manage complex risks, set clear controls, and ensure regulatory compliance
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to process design
* A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering better experiences through operational excellence
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Process Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about improving financial support journeys for customers.
Working closely with teams across Product, Strategy, Servicing, and Technology, you will play a pivotal role in owning and leading end-to-end operational processes for Collections and Recoveries, embedding regulatory compliance, and supporting the wider business vision. You will ensure that the business delivers on key outcomes while reducing operational complexity and improving how customers are supported through financial difficulty.
Please note: Only applicants with demonstrable experience in the design and ownership of end-to-end Collections and Recoveries processes in a regulated environment will be considered.
