The Role
This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote working and local patch-based surveying.
Key responsibilities include:
* Undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
* Completing residential valuations where appropriately qualified
* Inspecting residential properties and assessing condition, defects, and risks
* Producing clear, accurate, and professional reports
* Working closely with clients and other property professionals
What We’re Looking For
* AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified surveyors
* VRS registration preferred (not essential for all roles)
* Strong recent experience in Building Pathology
* Residential valuation experience advantageous
* Sound knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
* Confident use of surveying tools and reporting software
* Full UK driving licence
