Have experience in vehicle painting and refinishing in a bodyshop environment
Take pride in delivering high-quality finishes to exacting standards
Are confident following manufacturer and company work instructions
Can work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Are flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks day-to-day
What you NEED
Proven experience as a vehicle painter or in automotive refinishing
Ability to prep, mask, paint, and polish vehicles to high standards
Knowledge of applying paint and primer according to manufacturer instructions
Basic detrim and trim skills within a bodyshop setting
Commitment to health & safety and environmental compliance (ISO 9001/14001 awareness is a plus)

Role & Responsibilities
Apply paint and primer to vehicles following manufacturer and company work instructions. Prepare vehicles and panels to a standard that allows them to be refinished to high-quality standards. Mask vehicles ahead of painting and polish vehicles and panels post-paint. Carry out warranty repairs as required and perform basic detrim/trim tasks within the bodyshop. Ensure all repairs are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health & safety legislation. Correctly log all jobs in the workshop system and follow management instructions. Embrace new methods, techniques, and training as required. Support the team and perform other reasonable duties to meet operational requirements.
