Job Description
We are currently recruiting a 7.5T driver to join our Inverness team. The ideal candidate will be diligent and adaptable, capable of working collaboratively and delivering exceptional customer service. If you possess these qualities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your Job
Drivers are at the forefront of our company, delivering plastic pipes and associated goods to customers in Inverness and surrounding areas. Some of the duties include:
* Efficient and safe operation of the vehicle
* Ensuring complete and on-time delivery of orders to JDP customers
* Complying with all vehicle and driver legislation
Job Requirements
Required:
* A hardworking and helpful individual to train in all aspects of our operation
* Some Driver CPC training
* Digital driving licence (tacho card)
* An understanding of health and safety in a work environment
* Detailed understanding of driver procedures, including driving hours rules and regulations
* Ability to determine the most efficient route for daily delivery schedules
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable:
* FLT experience would be an advantage
