We’re seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead The White Horse in Blakeney, a historic 15th-century coaching inn and the village’s first hotel. Located in the picturesque North Norfolk coast, The White Horse is a beloved pub with rooms, offering stunning views over the salt marshes. Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the FOH and BOH teams to achieve high service standards.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
* Guide guests through an enjoyable restaurant and hotel experience.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a cohesive, high-performing team.
* Manage wet stock within the property.
* Drive financial performance, meeting and exceeding financial targets.
* Cultivate a positive, motivated work environment.
* Report regularly to the operations manager.
* Oversee cash management.
