School Administrator – Colne Vision for Education is seeking a School Administrator to join a welcoming primary school in the Colne area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the smooth running of a school environment in one of the most picturesque areas of the UK. The Role We are seeking a School Administrator to start in March 2026, covering long-term sicknesses in the office. This is a key position, working up to 25 hours per week during school hours (8:45am – 2pm), with some flexibility possible. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the school office and supporting staff, pupils, and visitors. The role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling enquiries. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ICT (including MS Office) are essential. Experience in finance and office administration is desirable, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
