Business Manager Vertu MINI Bridgwater An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Manager to join the highly successful and stable sales team at Vertu MINI Bridgwater. This is a well‑established dealership with a strong team culture, offering an excellent work–life balance, including a 40‑hour working week across 5 days and the benefit of being closed on Sundays. The Role As Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales operation and driving performance across the department. Working closely with a consistent and experienced sales team, you will be responsible for building and presenting tailored customer proposals following qualification, ensuring every interaction is professional, compliant and customer‑focused. A strong understanding of finance and insurance products, alongside the relevant regulatory requirements, is essential. You will ensure customers receive clear, accurate information while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. You will actively support the delivery of the Group’s controlled ActiveSales process, contributing to departmental success and the achievement of agreed targets. Your responsibilities will include managing daily sales activity, engaging with customers through first‑ and second‑facing interactions, and supporting sales colleagues in the successful sale of new and used vehicles, as well as associated add‑on products such as finance, paint protection, warranties and insurance products. About You You will be a highly organised and resilient professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and remains confident under pressure. Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative. To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a Business Manager or automotive sales management role A strong understanding of finance and insurance regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills A professional, customer‑focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service The ability to manage customer interactions efficiently and effectively A full and valid UK driving licence Why Join Vertu?
