Overview
We are looking for a senior change manager to deliver the change element of a key Programme relating to our internationally recognised product, IELTS. These are exciting times for the English Product Group as we look to implement a range of strategic initiatives, to develop our products and services to customers and to streamline our systems. To enable us to meet the ever‑increasing demand, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Change Manager, who will thrive in delivering in this changing environment and is motivated by providing excellent customer service. The role is situated within the Programmes & Business Analysis team in English and will be focused on delivering change for technology‑related projects within IELTS.
What you'll be doing
* Defining the change approach for a complex Programme involving a wide range of stakeholders at all levels. You will use best practice in your business change activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timescales.
* Establishing the appropriate framework and tools to capture change impacts and business readiness tasks for the Programme. A key focus will be on ensuring all aspects of change are considered and the relevant people and processes are included.
* Engaging and building excellent relationships with internal senior stakeholders and governance bodies across the business, as well as external stakeholders, suppliers, partners and customers, understand their strategic business drivers and requirements and ensure that their expectations are met.
* Responsible for ensuring that change activities are well planned and progress is reported up to the Programme at the appropriate level. Ultimately you will ensure that all end users have the best possible experience of the change.
