Position: Support/Care Worker
Duration: Permanent
Location: Leicester, LE4 9DW
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern
* Morning shifts: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
* Afternoon shifts: 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm
* Night shifts: sleeping and waking night (full flexibility required, including weekends on a rota basis)

* Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
* Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
