We’re helping a growing mid-sized Marketing Agency to fill a newly created Account Director role, as they look to push their growth forward. Our Client This agency are doing very well, no debt and very sound financially. They have doubled in size over the last 5 years and have a 3 year growth plan to double in size again. They currently work with some large multifaceted and international brands across a variety of sectors. The Role You’ll be working across a mix of clients, delivery and strategy, as well as working closely with creative and development teams, to ensure smooth delivery of all client projects, marketing and digital. You’ll report into the CSD and provide her with support for managing, leading and developing the client services team. You Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in an agency environment, with good digital and marketing experience as well as being strong with commercials. You should have experience working with sizeable brands and budgets, comfortable working across several clients, as well as leading and developing more junior colleagues. Strong on processes with an excellent eye for quality and detail when it comes to creative. What’s in it for you
