About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager to join our existing One Horton Heath development team.
Key responsibilities
* Input to procurement processes
* Prepare and implement a Programme setting out the critical path for ach design process
* Use technical expertise and experience to ensure designs and compliant with legislation and other standards
* Proactively work with consultants and team members to ensure all consents and approvals are in place
* You will lead design processes
About you
You will have excellent technical and construction knowledge. You will be able to prepare, interpret and implement a critical-path programme for a complex design process. Housing experience is essential.. You will also have a track record of delivering large scale construction projects and the natural ability to coordinate and focus multi-disciplinary. You will be able to lead and motivate others and have proven experience in being a strong and effective communicator and achieving results.
