Position: Technical Support Administrator
Location: Barnwood Point Business Park
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The impact you will have:

Join our dynamic team dedicated to supporting our customers, including the NHS, long-term care facilities and private individuals, by ensuring their medical equipment is maintained and serviced as required. Working in the Service division, the Technical Support Administrator is responsible for proving support to the wider Technical Team ensuring both internal and external technical enquiries and orders are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

To support the Technical Support Team and related administration functions by:

* Deliver effective customer service by resolving queries, addressing technical issues, and managing repair-related concerns to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
* Provide advice on spare part requirements, including accurate identification of part numbers and offering technical guidance.
* Offer comprehensive technical assistance on all product lines to internal stakeholders.
* Support the spares department by preparing quotations and processing customer orders efficiently.
* Manage and respond to incoming communications from the technical mailbox in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintain and monitor IW66 tasks, ensuring minimal backlog and timely completion of outstanding actions.
* Handle telephone enquiries professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.


About You:

This is a busy, fast-faced role so it is essential that you have strong administrative skills and that you are highly organised with the ability to prioritise your work effectively to meet deadlines.

You will also be required to demonstrate that you have excellent communication and customer service skills to enable you to provide the exemplary level of service we strive to offer. Your personality, enthusiasm, and positivity are essential for us to build long term relationships with our customers.

Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook are essential, a knowledge of SAP would be particularly desirable.
