Your main responsibility will be to provide support with all customer enquiries and technical issues. You will provide information to business professionals on various software systems whilst managing tasks and escalating as required. You must have the ability to bring new ideas and be willing to get involved with the producing of user guides and training materials. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, communicating with customers, and working with data to drive improvements. Although knowledge of the optical industry is advantageous, as long as you have a strong desire to succeed and a customer focussed mindset, our client will be dedicated to providing in-depth training and support to ensure you succeed in the role.
