Business Support Team Leader

Walsall – Office based role
Full time Monday to Friday 36.5 hours per week
8.45 am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on Fridays
Duties
* Develop a team of business support staff to ensure accurate data entry functions
* Set the team deadlines to work towards
* Maintain admin and Reception support within the team
* Ensure the team are uploading and validating claims to make for the learners
* Ensure partnerships are managed effectively
* Ensure that all business support functions comply with company policies and GDPR
* Working with KPIs
* Attending meetings and producing reports

Salary and Benefits
* £25,000 to £28,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
* After 1 years’ service an additional 1 day given for time off on your birthday, an extra day is accrued each year for the next 4 years to a total of 30 days holiday
