As Graduate Transport & Logistics Coordinator: Act as a key point of contact for customers, overseas partners and carriers, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution. Coordinate shipments from start to finish, maintaining excellent service standards. Prepare and manage import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Input and monitor customs data to support timely deliveries across borders. Work closely with carriers to ensure accurate paperwork, schedule adherence and delivery tracking. Contribute to process improvement, helping the team optimise workflows and service levels. What our client is looking for: A proactive, self motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Any exposure to freight, logistics or operational environments is a plus, but not essential - full training and development will be provided.
