In 2020, we closed one of the most successful fundraising campaigns in the UK's higher education sector, which raised £624M and galvanised our community. We have undertaken a strategic review of our programmes and are investing significantly in our team to deliver on the roadmap ahead. We have created 2 new roles to continue leading key alumni engagement initiatives at UCL. This is an incredibly exciting time as we plan for UCL's biggest ever fundraising and engagement campaign, launching in our bicentenary year, 2026.

 * Develop an insights-led strategy, with tracking and metrics to review progress and further build the offering, working closely with peers leading the Regions and Programme & Products teams.
 * Collaborate across faculties to design, deliver, and grow alumni engagement programmes and experiences, ensuring alignment with UCL's goals and donor community.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with academics, advocates and key stakeholders to gain trust and support for the programme.
Requirements
 * Highly collaborative community engagement specialist with Advancement experience.
 * Proven track record of working with and getting the best out of advocates and key stakeholders; strong relationship-building skills.
 * Entrepreneurial mindset with the energy to explore new ideas and establish a best-in-class alumni engagement programme.
