Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions | Christchurch Branch
Location: Christchurch branch, United Kingdom. This is a full-time role on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Salary: starting base salary £24,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit. 35 hours per week across Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
The successful candidate will be a friendly, proactive listener and problem solver who supports customers with a range of activities in-branch and over the phone, including simple transactions, technology assistance, and fraud prevention.
The role offers strong team support in a busy, varied branch environment and requires a flexible, multi-skilled approach.
