You will be offering one to one and peer intervention to those who cannot be in an educational setting full time. You will be enabling young people to believe in themselves and their ability, enable confidence and strive to achieve creating the possibility of a better future. You will be encouraging a growth mindset through planned outings and awareness of tailored topics for the young person.
Your new role
1. Daily record keeping
2. Creative planning of activities
3. Take the young person on trips out, so you must be a driver and have access to your own car.
4. Support with awareness work sheets.
5. Full support and training will be given to the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed
7. You must be reliable.
8. Drivers only
9. Similar experience is desired but not essential.
10. You can demonstrate you can think on your feet.
11. Bepassionate and understanding about the individuals you will be looking after.
12. You can demonstrate a can-do attitude.
