Licensed Aircraft Engineers required for busy corporate Jet MRO - B2 on days, B1 on Nights and a AOG/Line Engineer (B1 and/or B2) on days. All roles work on a 5 -5 - 4 - 4 shift on 12 hr days and require UK CAA licences and corporate Jet types (e.g. Embraer, Bombardier). Across all roles, you will manage and certify aircraft maintenance inputs and projects for aircraft under the companies Part 145 control, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and in full compliance with company approvals and the MOE. You may also be customer-facing so maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service. Key Responsibilities (all roles) Manage day-to-day aircraft/base maintenance inputs and projects (scheduled and non-scheduled). Certify maintenance tasks in line with your current licence privileges, company approvals and the MOE. Lead and direct assigned engineers of various skills, ensuring financial, commercial and engineering targets are met. Communicate progress via daily reports and meetings; ensure robust shift handovers. Liaise with hangar management on progress, manpower, critical path and third-party requirements.
