Join as a technical co‑founder to build ambient AI that assists professionals during high‑stakes conversations. You will tackle gnarly challenges like sub‑second latency and intent forecasting while architecting an unobtrusive Electron‑based UX. This is a 0‑1 opportunity to define the engineering culture and technical foundation for a next‑generation productivity platform.

* Set the engineering culture and standards, balancing high‑craftsmanship iteration with a relentless bias toward shipping and learning.
The ideal candidate
* Proven experience shipping production software from 0‑1, with a track record of building high‑quality products end‑to‑end.
* Deep technical expertise in at least one core area: retrieval/graph data structures, voice/transcription pipelines, or ML infrastructure.
* High‑agency operator with a bias for action who knows when to choose the right abstraction and when to ship a duct‑tape version.
