About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Health & Safety Manager who can support the delivery of our safety strategy across multiple sites. Working closely with the Senior Health & Safety Manager, you’ll help implement action plans, maintain policies and risk assessments, carry out audits, and support incident investigation processes to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations and keep our colleagues safe.
This is a practical, varied role where you’ll be involved in everything from on‑site safety checks and training support to maintaining our incident reporting systems and monitoring compliance. You’ll help embed a safety‑first culture, build strong relationships across teams, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to either our Coventry and Derby sites and be comfortable travelling to sites in our northern region.
