About our Clients
Our clients very large and busy nursery in Fleet are looking for a passionate qualified Early Years Practitioner to join them, you will have a minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, stepping up to be 2nd in Room working in the babies. A fantastic opportunity to join a growing nursery, and our clients are offering full or part time hours - 3, 4 or 5 day working week. Salary is up to £29,120 depending on qualifications, experience and working hours. Together with great benefits including performance monthly bonuses and opportunities for further qualifications and career opportunities.

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
