Due to significant growth within ourRail Recruitment Division, we are seeking aRecruitment Consultantto join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established name in the Rail industry, backed by an experienced management team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Rail clients to ensure outstanding service delivery.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
* Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental targets and business goals.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as aRail Recruitment Consultant, specifically delivering temporary workers within the Rail industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
