Role Overview
As an Athena Credit Derivatives - Project Manager within JPMorgan Chase, you will lead and manage strategic programs and initiatives from conception to execution. Your work will significantly impact various departments, ensuring alignment of operations with our business strategy and vision. You will apply broad knowledge of project management principles, leveraging data analytics, digital proficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration. Job Responsibilities
* Lead planning and execution of complex, cross‑functional projects, using data analytics and digital proficiency to deliver results aligned with business strategy.
* Develop and manage integrated project plans, assign appropriate resources, meet milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
* Resolve conflicts and build a collaborative environment, mitigating risks throughout the project.
