Responsibilities
* Lead in-store, setting an example and helping customers find the right products
* Maintain store standards including cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management
* Work as part of a team, leading by example and delivering great service
* Provide amazing customer service and translate that into sales
* Be inquisitive, always improving
* Be passionate about the business
* Be friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hard-working
* Contribute across front-of-house and warehouse to keep standards high; participate in training programs and varied shifts to support career development
* Opening hours: Monday - Friday 7am to 8pm; Saturday 7am to 6pm; Sunday 9am to 4pm
Qualifications
* Experience as an experienced supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a fast-paced environment
* Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales
* Inquisitive, ever-questioning and ever-improving
* Passionate about our business
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and like to work hard
