The Role
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, youll focus on pre-sales activity, combining digital marketing, local engagement, and lead management to attract new customers and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and connect with local target customers (business to business) via on-line activity, email, or phone
* Promote special offers and service packages
* Build brand visibility across local communities and businesses
* Oversee daily digital marketing activity on various channels; Facebook, Instagram etc. Driving engagement through relevant content that showcases the business, projects and expertise
* Design and deliver email marketing campaigns
* Effectively monitor and manage data. ie. track leads, appointments, quotes, and customer conversion rates
* Report on data monthly and present back to the business
* Associated administration duties, ie. quote preparation and effect management of the CRM system
* Track and monitor budgets
What were looking for
* Experience in a similar sales & marketing role with a proven track record in generating quality leads and customer engagement
* Proactive, able to use own initiative with managing creative content over multiple marketing channels
* Enjoys working to KPIs, driven by results and making a positive impact to the business
* Tech savvy, experienced with social media, CRM systems, and digital tools to track and measure effectiveness of campaigns
