Embroidery Operative -Industrial Neath £24128 - £24882 PA Negotiable on experience The Company This well established organisation provide embroidery and printing services for the sporting community and retail sector. They are currently expanding and looking for 2 embroidery operatives to join their busy operation based in Neath, Port Talbot. The Role This is a permanent full time position. You will work Monday - Friday from 08:00AM - 04:00PM with a 3/4 hour lunch break. During busy periods overtime is usually available for those who want it. You will be working on industrial multihead embroidery machines in a busy, fast paced environment. Duties will include: Skilled operation of embroidery machines at target run rate and rejection levels on a consistent basis Ability to effectively plan the most efficient use of machine capabilities. Maintain high level of detail and notes across production reports & job status. Processing orders according to customer requirements. Receiving orders inward, checking sizes & quantities effectively. Maintain quality control throughout the embroidery process. Follow machine maintenance schedule.
