Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location: South East England, Surrey, Horley
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored academic support to students with special educational needs.
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
* Implement effective teaching strategies to help students achieve their educational goals.
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' learning needs.
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or equivalent.
* Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practises.
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated success in supporting students with SEN.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule.
* Work closely with students in educational settings.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
