Remote Sales Executive (Appointment Setter) — Commission Only
PrimeVia Marketing | Remote | Multiple hires
We’re hiring remote appointment setters to help us scale our outbound pipeline.
This is a commission-only role for people who are confident with cold calling, can work independently, and are happy to source their own leads (training + systems provided).
What you’ll do
* Generate and build your own lead lists (we’ll provide training + ICP guidance)
* Cold call decision-makers and handle basic objections
* Qualify prospects (fit, urgency, budget, decision-maker access)
* Book qualified appointments directly into our calendar
* Log activity + notes in our CRM (pipeline hygiene is non-negotiable)

PrimeVia Marketing helps businesses (ecom + digital offers) grow through:
* Meta ads (paid social)
* Creative strategy / content systems
* Landing pages / funnel optimisation (CRO)
Typical client retainers: £2,000–£10,000/month
Commission (setter-only)
1. 15% of Month 1 retainer value on any deal that closes from your booked appointment
