What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.Experience teaching within primary settings, with confidence teaching a year or range of year groups.Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with pupils.Secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality teaching.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to working with different schools and teams.
