We’re seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join a well-established clinical service in Keele, offering a hybrid working pattern (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

As Clinical Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence, safeguarding, and compliance with CQC regulations — all while working closely with operational and governance leads.
Key Details
* Position: Clinical Services Manager
* Location: Keele, ST15
* Working Pattern: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote
* Hours: 9am–5pm
* Salary: £63,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
* Provide senior clinical leadership across multidisciplinary services
* Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Governance Lead
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulatory standards
* Lead and oversee safeguarding procedures
* Support and supervise Autism and ADHD assessments across the service
Ideal Candidate
You will be a strategic and experienced clinical professional with:
* A background in clinical service delivery or leadership
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding frameworks
* Passion for improving outcomes in neurodevelopmental assessments
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
* Eligibility to work in the UK
