Oculus are working with an established firm in Warwickshire, who are looking for a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

The Role
* Manage the full range of residential conveyancing files, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
* Work with a paralegal who handles file onboarding and checks, taking files through to post-completion.
* Provide clear, proactive communication and a high level of client service.
* Utilise a case management system to ensure files progress smoothly.
* Contribute to a busy, supportive, and collaborative office culture.
What You Will Bring
* 3+ years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience).
* Proven ability to manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases.
* Strong organisational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude, confident in a client-focused environment.
