Children & Family Lead

Full-time (35 hrs/week) | £27,500–£32,000
St Paul’s Salisbury, a lively evangelical Anglican church, is seeking a Children & Family Lead to lead and grow ministry among children (0–11) and their families.
Responsibilities
* Lead Sunday and midweek children’s ministry
* Share the gospel and nurture children as disciples of Jesus
* Build relationships with families and the wider community
* Develop and lead a team of volunteers
* Strengthen links with our local CofE primary school
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a clear Christian faith, a passion for children’s ministry, and experience working with children. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
Salary: £27,500–£32,000
Hours: 35 per week (incl. Sundays)
DBS check required
This role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a committed Christian (Equality Act 2010).
