Home based but travel to office
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across the construction, property management, healthcare, education, and commercial real estate sectors. This is a unique opportunity to work with a trusted expert in fire protection led services.
You’ll be responsible for :
* Identifying and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, facility managers, and consultants
* Building strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple sectors
* Developing and execute a UK-wide sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
* Preparing and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and tender responses
* Collaborating with operations and technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and high quality
* Serving as a trusted advisor, offering tailored, regulation-compliant solutions
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
To be considered :
* A proven track record in B2B sales or business development within construction, building services, or compliance/safety sectors
* Strong understanding of fire safety regulations (e.g., Building Regulations Part B, Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order)
* Proven track record of building relationships with contractors, property developers, and facilities teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, able to manage your own pipeline and achieve targets
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
