We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with 2 years' experience within an Operations team to join our fast-growing team.

Job Summary
To manage the day to day running of NPC infield operations while working closely with the Managing Director assisting with the planning, developing and implementation of the daily process and guidelines of our field based team, while providing accurate financial reports and information that will help to inform business strategy with the objective main goal to support and accelerating the growth of NPC
Responsibilities
* Liaising with staff that work in the field.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with all teams
* Running payroll and expenses
* Stock control and equipment ordering, maintaining inventory records
* Accurately tracking and assigning costs and expenses.
* Journals and weekly reports
* Record financial transactions, and prepare periodic financial statements for internal
* Maintain records and support auditing efforts, by implementing corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls
* Make upper-level strategy recommendations based on financials and company growth
* Driving the business to increase profits.
* Work with HR to assist with new starters.
Requirements

Experience
Proven experience as a operations coordinator or similar role - D
Experience in undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties - D
Experience with MS Office - E
