You will be supported to learn on the job while managing a varied portfolio with confidence and growing precision. The candidate will be supported towards successfully obtaining their chartered status through the successful completion of their APC.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting withlease readingand tracking compliance with key covenants.
* Supportingproperty inspectionsand identifying maintenance or H&S issues.
* Helping withcredit control, including chasing arrears and reconciling accounts.
* Assisting withservice charge implementationand budget administration.
* Acting as a point of contact fortenant liaison.
* Maintainingorganised recordsand managing multiple tasks.
* Preparingreportsfor clients and senior management.
