Residential Conveyancer – Solihull

About the Role:
Based in the firms Shirley office, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property sales and purchases, handling transactions from instruction to post-completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
* Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process: instruction, contract preparation, exchange and completion
* Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone and written correspondence
* Work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
About You – What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years PQE in residential property conveyancing
* Proven experience managing a caseload independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
* Professional, well-presented and client-focused
* A following of clients is an advantage but not essential
