nurse associate
with a passion for complex care? Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will transform lives. We're looking for a nurse associate to join our Clinical team, helping us deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care for children and young people with complex health needs.
Location:
Home-based with travel across the Doncaster and Hull areas
Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am - 5:30pm
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting with the mobilisation of new care packages, including care planning and risk assessments.
* Training and mentoring care staff, ensuring competence in specialist clinical interventions alongside one of our complex
* Developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
* Monitoring and auditing care delivery to the highest standards
* Building strong relationships with the people we support, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* The caseload you will support with will include a mix of adult and paediatric packages
What We're Looking For:
* Nursing associate with a current NMC registration with
Complex Care or Learning Disabilities experience
(Adult or Paediatric)
* Training / Competency sign off experience preferred
* Confident in writing and reviewing clinical documentation
* Excellent communication skills with the people we support, families, and teams
* Strong organisational skills to manage your diary and priorities effectively
* Knowledge of
CQC regulations
and commitment to the
NMC code of conduct
* Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
