Periodontist role at Rodericks Dental Partners. There is a good patient flow from referrals by GDPs within the corporate network, resulting in a consistent workload. There will be access to advanced minor oral surgery equipment, and a great choice of materials and tools with clinical freedom. You will have great clinical and administrative support. As a Dentist, you’ll play a leading role in delivering the best service to your community of patients. You’ll be supported by a hugely experienced team of Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Implantologists across the area. Regular meetings with your Practice Manager and a dedicated clinical team will help you stay on track with your revenue targets and support you with the operational management of the practice.

Responsibilities
* Deliver periodontal care and support a community of patients with a focus on quality dentistry.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Implantologists.
* Engage with the Practice Manager and clinical team to meet revenue targets and support practice operations.
* Participate in ongoing education and skill development to stay current with advancements in periodontal and minor oral surgery.
* Contribute to patient education and local community oral health initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in periodontal treatment and minor oral surgery is preferred.
* Ability to work within a supportive, clinically-led environment and adapt to patient needs.
