Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities include:
* Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
* Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
* Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
* Support medication administration and safe disposal of prescriptions.
* Carry out light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
Qualifications and Skills
* A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* Ability to follow care plans.
* Previous care experience is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
