Hours: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (expected arrival 2:50 PM)

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Nursery Wraparound Care Practitioner to join our team. This role involves supervising nursery-aged children (3–4 years) after school, planning engaging activities, assisting with snacks, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and care for children aged 3–4 during after-school wraparound sessions.
* Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that encourage development, creativity, and social skills.
* Assist with preparing and serving snacks.
* Maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all children.
* Observe and support individual children's needs, communicating effectively with parents when required.
* Work in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Report to the Co-Founder regarding daily activities, incidents, or concerns.
Requirements
* Early Years Qualification Level 3 (minimum).
* Previous experience in early years care or nursery settings is essential.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and child development principles.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive, supportive attitude.
