Occupational Therapist – Palliative Care - 3 days a week

🧠 What you’ll be doing
* Delivering complex, person-centred assessments
* Supporting independence through tailored interventions
* Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
* Managing challenging and sensitive situations with empathy
* Contributing to discharge planning and patient flow
✅ What we’re looking for
* HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
* At least 2 years post-qualified experience
* Ideally some exposure to palliative, community or complex care
* Confident working within MDT environments
* A compassionate, resilient and patient‑centred approach
