Account Manager - Facilities Management
Location: Laindon, Essex (Hybrid: office & WFH)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits
Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with main clients, acting as their trusted point of contact
* Prepare and follow up on quotations
* Handle contract renewals and identify opportunities
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth job delivery
* Work closely with internal teams to maintain high service standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management (facilities management sector preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Good organisational and contract management ability
* Confident working with subcontractors and internal teams
* Detail-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
