<div><p>We have a new opportunity to join The Compleat Food Group as an HR Advisor based at our chilled food manufacturing site in Clitheroe!</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Providing support for Employee Relation cases, including notetaking, letters, and documentation</li><li>Tracking absence triggers and supporting managers with absence and probation reviews</li><li>Supporting consultation processes (change of terms, redundancy, TUPE)</li><li>Conducting HR walkarounds, welfare interviews, and attending huddles across shifts</li><li>Supporting employee engagement, talent mapping, and succession planning</li><li>Managing weekly paid recruitment activity from advertising through to offer stage</li><li>Maintaining local social media pages aligned with group branding</li><li>Supporting and delivering site inductions when required</li><li>Coaching managers across the employee lifecycle (interviews, performance reviews, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, Return to Work interviews, Occupational Health referrals, absence reviews)</li><li>Supporting delivery of the group leadership programme onsite</li><li>Escalating complex Employee Relation cases appropriately
