Our lovely Client based in Avonmouth is currently recruiting for two Key Account Manager's to carry out the following:
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for fostering relationships with key customers within the Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.
You will be using your strong communications skills to identify and develop business opportunities for supply chain technology and services including Mobile Computing, Barcode Scanning, RFID, Label Printing and associated services.
Responsibilities:
* Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via phone and other lead generation methods
* Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
* Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure sales targets are consistently met
* Collaborate and gain support from Commercial, Technical, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure successful outcomes
Skills / qualities required:
* Good written and verbal communications skills, especially by phone
* Experience in account management, building lasting relationships
* Experience in business planning to ensure targets are met
* Proven experience achieving revenue and margin targets
* Enthusiasm, confidence and inquisitiveness
* Self-motivated, tenacious and able to handle rejection
Hours of work:
This is a Full-Time position - 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive.
